TPMS was not an option on 11-16 duallies. Not mandated by the government so Ford didn't add it. I believe the 17 up duallies do have it now.
Tore the back wheels off mine today to do rear brakes. Caught them just in time but the rotors are ugly and need done regardless. Pads were a rusty mess. I only use OE brake parts so I stuck the pads in for the time being. Now I'm having the internal battle of do it myself or have Ford do it. One dealer tried to upsell me the rotors at at cost of $917, and $239 for the pads (installed). They must be on crack, they couldn't even properly test or put the right coolant in it so no way there doing any brake work. Going to give my local dealer a shot at price but I'll likely just buy the socket and do it myself, at least that way I know it's done right. Just hate to give up the day to do it.

Ferguson, which dealer quoted you $917 for rotors? And which one are you going to give a shot at it?
I need to change my coolant, debating whether I want to do it myself . What did it cost for the coolant change?

Ciocca in Souderton is the one who is constantly screwing the pooch. Redos every time.
I'm going to give Sands a call on pricing. They have much more heavy truck work. I've had my ups and downs with them too, but they owned up to their mistakes and made it right without a fight. I would give them all my work, but they will only give loaners if you buy there. Since I DD my truck now, and no longer have a spare vehicle I'm stuck with Ciocca close to work.
Sands has the distilled water on hand to flush if needed. Cases of it. Ciocca didn't even know they were supposed to use it for a coolant flush............
Ciocca charged me 145 for the flush with the wrong coolant, based on a test with the wrong strips. After they drained, flushed and refilled with the proper coolant they knocked it to $100. Still don't know if it's right but I have the correct test strips in the mail.
Sands has flushed it once on their dime after they put the wrong revitalizer in last year so I don't know what they charge.
The incompetence is shocking.
Senix, I'm contemplating the cryo'd rotors. Need to call my guy at Ford and see what the OEM's cost before I make a decision either way.
For unique systems (factory recalls, engine, driveline, even routine service/ oil changes) I depend on my local dealers.
When it comes to steering, stopping, suspension, tires, etc. I depend on my local tire shop. That's all they do, all day long.
A local (Chevy) body shop gets my business on the sad side of events (recently my wife's exterior mirror and windshield).
This applies to both my wife's Honda and my Ford; however my 10 year old daily-driver (a strong! 140K miles Hyundai) will visit who-ever quotes the cheapest fares. My selling (Nissan) dealer provides it with a FREE oil and filter for life program, now exceeding three years ownership. I'll eventually miss this dependable Hyundai but once my wifes Honda is paid off I'll take it as my DD and get her a new buggy (T'ota or Honda, depending on the availability of the most standard safety features).
Really like the TPMS on my '17. Dash gauge is pretty accurate too!
I use the EezTire tpms to keep track of my pressures and temperatures on the truck and camper. It saved me twice when I lost hand sized chunks of sidewall on the oem fifth wheel tires. The rapid loss of pressure warning gave me plenty of time to get off the interstate before I tore up bodywork with a tire coming all to pieces.
