Duallys Only
My 2016 Lariat 6.7PSD with 3.73 gears.
Since this picture was taken, have added Air Lift 5000 Ultimate with Wireless One compressor system, 60 gallon RDS tank under the BakFlip MX4 bed cover, Bilstein 4600 shocks all the way around, In bed 7 pin plug for the trailer brakes/lights, changed the tires from Firestone 245/75-17s to Toyo ATII's in 255/80-17 giving me 1.5 inches more tire height to fill the wheel wells a little more. Have also adjusted the Andersen Ultimate and the pin box to get as close to level as I can with the truck and trailer, trailer is still about 1" high in the front. On the Sierra I took off the tires that came on it (load range E tires) since the belts were starting to separate and installed Sailun 637's (load range G), the trailer rims were already HD rims and rated for 110 psi.
I have posted this pic previously here on FTE, but wanted it included with the rest of the wide body crowd.
It is remote.....takes 4 wheel drive to climb a couple steep hills with the Montana 5th wheel in tow.....
To our dismay...... there are about 20 trailers in the two areas that we used to come to and never had company......
Found a new area at the west end of the reservoir......
Love my Dually.............
I will bring more 2x8 blocks next time......

Today I visited an out of town Ford dealer that had (something close) to what I've been looking for.
An 18 F350 Lariet diesel dually 4x4 CC LB 4.10 gears 14K weight rating and bed pucks for my fifth hitch; MSRP was $70K - but he'll only come off that by $2000.
Guess I'll keep looking, the new year models will be out soon and these prices should then drop.

Come new model year what is a typical Lariet discount on stocked trucks? I believe (in past years) I've seen $10, $11, maybe even $12K markdowns.
What would be a good Today markdown on this $70K F350? I'm anxious to purchase but can wait a few months for that kind of money.

I now meet the requirements to join this group; the dually I posted a pic of three days ago is mine.
Briefly I made my offer AND THEY CAME CLOSE. My offer was $60K for the ($70K MSRP) truck with a $30K valuation on my trade in (which had a payoff balance of almost $12); plus various taxes/fees. Total out the door price was $47.8K.
Tomorrow we'll look at the reason we wanted a dually, a 42 foot Big Horn; here's to hoping we can close that deal as well.
