What size tires are you running? How much distance between the dually tires when the truck is loaded?
34x10.5/17
I don't run full air unloaded, and when loaded I am at 65 psi. They never get close enough to touch. I have hooked up to my 5er will unloaded pressure and they still don't touch. and no spacers.

Those are BFG AllTerrain T/A's? How are they for highway noise? I have Duratracs on now and they are quite noisy. I'll need new tires by this fall.
It depends on what you consider astronomical, I have $1415 in my 6 Eagle 058 wheels and $1550 in the 6 Michelin Defender 275-65-20 tires. Yes that's a lot of money but nothing like just a set of Force wheels would cost....
I couldn't tell why but something was just bugging me about the 20" wheels on your truck. Your truck is still very, very nice though!! In comparing it to another members F450 I now know why. The 10 lug is a much wider pattern making the hub cab not look so small as it would be on the 350 8 lug wheels. Makes the wheels look much larger (too much "bling") on the 350 vs the 450 although only a .5" taller.
That's what makes the world go around...... I like the smaller 8 lug pattern and caps. As far as too much bling? dunno about that but it does make the wheel look larger and I like that also. Another nice deal was I sold the 4 brand new 17" alum. and 2 steel inner wheels and GY tires for $1500 which really lowered the cost of this 20" setup. To each his own.......

In all reality the bolt pattern isn't that much different between the 350 and 450. The 350 is 8 on 200 and the 450 is 10 on 225. 25mm is only one inch.
That said, I think the aftermarket dually wheels look better with the factory center caps. I know you can run them on the AF wheels. I'm sure you could run them on the eagles to. Makes the bolt pattern appear bigger that way. But we all have our own opinions of what looks "right" and its rarely the same!
My hangup with the Eagles is still the width. I don't want a wider tire on my truck. The dually already tries to float on snow, and adding close to 5" of extra rubber on the ground isn't going to help that at all. Why I still like the pizza cutter 19.5's.

Can't afford a 450 so there goes that. Haha.
What I noticed in this picture was how clean your white rig is and how dirty my black one was

Maybe that's the difference I'm seeing.

My truck sleeps in my garage for 4 months so the wider tire wouldn't bother me as much.

That's where we differ. I like the tire being larger.
