This is very true. Sometimes you can hear the leaks too. I didn't have a clue until Aaron rode with me, of course as soon as it was pointed out, it was all I could hear.hopefully not much longer though!
Well, slow but sure, parts are making their way to the shop. I recieved the Up-Pipes from Andrew (Thanks again man) and made a nice little riff-raff order. Got me an upgraded trans temp gauge (Full Sweep, now they will be all full sweep), new 6637, IPR Re-Seal kit, and pedestal O-rings.
Also placed an order in to Diesel O rings for a new White Rodgers (Stancor) GPR, and some other goodies of course, like UVCH Harness (got one with broken clip) and a Fuel Filter so I could get the free shipping.
Should have everything in my hands by Thursday (according to tracking data)
Didn't hardly sleep last night, ate some food that didn't agree/nose was a faucet, go figure the weather starts getting nice and I start feeling crummy. Hoping later in the week to continue on tear down. I think I'm to the point now where I'm ready to pull the turbo.
Aaron was also telling me now would pry be the time to delete the pedesdal. I'll have to look more into that when I get the turbo off. Anyone have a thread I could look at?
Anyways, I know this thread isn't as glamorous as Nate and Aarons, but it gives me somthing to do, and we can always use another BS thread, right? lol.
Sounds like you are on the right track! Gotta hate getting sick when the weather gets nice. Are you talking about deleting the whole pedestal or just getting the non-EBP pedestal?
Nick.."rock" is yours...it better be as dependable as one with that fresh new mill Thomas is Heinz lol its from here, there and everywhere. Very much like mine haha
I don't know man. It's gotta have a hmmmm involved. The 89 diesel had moose machine plastered front and rear, hence the name. Mind you that truck was perfect for a moose hunt. Butt ugly and would never leave you stranded. Oh the goat trails that I left paint on and hillside I left marks in. This trucks just to long to do that stuff. and it looks nice still lol
