It's running great Darin! Hit 27psi on the boost gauge. Can't argue with that. I'm also loving the full sweep trans gauge I installed.

I guess I'm a little young to get it. Lol

Got my car and camper out today. Got a little work to do, looks like the roof vent kicked the bucket. Glenn, is there a source you use online for rv parts?

That's a tough one Thomas. I usually buy stuff on the road from local dealers. A roof vent is pretty common item. Camping World is a little expensive but they have a good inventory. PPL Motorhomes have pretty good prices. I never have found a 'Clay place' like we have been spoiled with. Also a lot of times I will just google the part and lots of choices come up. My last two roof vents got hailed out and found two at a garage sale of all places. Actually, I'll give me wife credit for that one, LOL

Well that's good to know that they can be commonly found. I guess being 35 years old the plastic just got brittle. It broke right where it hinges, which is all plastic. Looks like it screws right in. Another parts finding quest begins! Thanks Glenn.

You bet, good old Amazon and Ebay are probably good for those. But they are cheap, locally will save the shipping. Beware though, there are a couple different styles, small differences.

Man, I love me some ZZ Top. La Grange is one of my favorite songs of all time. Those guys ARE rock and roll, genuine car guys too. Billy Gibbons has a pretty nice car collection, as I understand it. Not a bad way to start a morning.

Well, been driving it for a few weeks. It seems to be running good. Pipes turned out great.

Another update, Bill scored for me, he found me a king pin d60 axle, COMPLETE bucks. More than likely I'll take delivery at rre.

Another thing I've been after is I'm still getting a rough/Smokey cold start. I know i have a glow plug bad, but I've been suspecting the injectors as well. So Sunday I got curious and plugged our shop scanner in. Did a cylinder contribution test and cyl 8 came back for a balance fault. So I figured must be that injector. Ran the test the next day, truck did not have a chance to warm up and the system passed. Did it again tonight after I got home, and cyl 8 came back again. I have that core set of injectors, I think I'm going to swap out 8 and see what happens. I think that's also the cylinder with the bad glow plug, so I will address that as well. Just wanted everyone else's thoughts.

Edit, I'm also getting a P0236 code, which is for map I believe. Any ideas?

Thomas good deal on the Dana 60! Did I see in another post you were needing 4" blocks for the rear?

Man that spell check kicked in, I am getting the whole shebang for 500 bucks.

It wasn't me, but yes I am going to need the 4inch blocks.

Also was looking to see if anyone has a set off 3.55s for it, I would be willing to trade if someone either found one with 3.55s or has 3.55s and wanted to upgrade to 4.10. I don't do enough pulling to justify the switch. And everything is pretty flat here.

I don't think I could ever do that to a t that's complete. However, a parts donor. Sure. I'd be all over it lol.
