Well I think I'm going to try and do a compression test to find out where I stand on the drivers side bank. Hopefully it's all good and it's just the injector issue. Have to rule it out though.

I know E-Fuel is better, and a necessary step for future upgrades, but I'm not planning on doing sticks right now. Its not a matter of if I'll change it over, but when

What is this upgrade??

e fuel upgrade is getting rid of the stock mechanical pump and replacing it with a electrical fuel pump. The newer 99.5 and up had a electrical pumps and puts out more fuel to support bigger injectors etc.

What is required to switch it out? Other than the pump what else is needed?

Well nothing accomplished today, got a nasty burn on 2 fingers on my left hand 2 days ago. Me and a mapp gas torch got a little friendly. As a result I had to make a trip to the doctor. And as a result of that I can't get anything in that burn, so no wrench turning until it starts to heal. Got them wrapped up good.

It will all be there waiting for me. Lol.

Sorry to hear you got your fingers burned, that's a drag! That's the thing about these projects, they always wait on you. I feel for the guy who's truck is his daily driver and when taking it apart has to get it back together again.

Surprisingly there is next to no pain, but i got a good 2nd degree burn on the knuckle of my index finger, and a little one on my middle finger. Hope no one has a weak stomach.

Yeah, thankfully if one is broke, I have another to jump in. Lol. But yeah if this was the dd, pry wouldn't get much done. I will say though, the reliability of these trucks is amazing. Even if everything isn't exactly up to par they will still run. Still wouldn't hesitate to take it on a trip on a moment's notice.

Geez Thomas! Hate that about the fingers. I hate getting burnt like that. I've done it more than once, and it sucks!

You prefer running drill bits through your finger.

Heal up quick Thomas!
