Goodbye June gloom, Hanging in there FIFA, Hello Lawn Tennis.

Don't worry, the fans don't start booing until July.

Today wasn't to hot 98*, filled in Potholes used up 5 tons of mix. Tossed it all by hand (with a shovel) then raked it. Just myself and one other guy.
Getting ready for chip seal so the roads have to be fixed.
Normally this isn't to bad, but last Friday I twisted my back spent the weekend laid up went in today with a back brace on. Just had to use different muscles.
Damn I'm getting to old for this.

I wish it was only 98 here. More like 108, and more tomorrow. Well, 106 but what is 2 degrees when you are over 100? Bleah...

Damn, that seems like a bad day when you throw five tons around with a shovel, but I've had them in the past. Got too old to do that kind of thing now, though.

But as Sean said, we all appreciate you guys that do it!

Installed my new mirrors a few minutes ago. Have not snapped the caps in place yet. Gonna wait a bit on that.

Which led me to work on the log book. Sad to say we only put right at 5k miles on the truck in 13 months. Didn't get to travel as much as we had hoped. Ah well, home feels good too.

Those are the 1AAuto.com set. They already have the wiring corrected for our trucks.

Ordered them Sunday. Free shipping. And they got here today. Very fast I would say.

Agree, a nice set of mirrors.

Will finish my own unique design of Washers (or Sean uses scap pieces and calls it new age washers) . Can't wait to toss some with Aidie this weekend.
