Hey Bill, Got my compressor together & ran it awhile to break it in. It is nice to have a compressor that will fill from 0-120 psi in a minute or so.
that's great! little did i know, a few weeks back bought a older compressor from a customer for 75 bucks only to get it home, plug it in and air blowing out small rust holes in the bottom of it. i did get my money back from the guy... the last compressor i bought was a big one! 18.6 CFM @ 150 psi speedair 1800 bucks. problem with one that big is it's hard to move around.
i need a smaller one or a good tank for this old sears unit.
For $99 this one is 4.0 CFM @ 90 PSI, 125 max PSI & it is only 63# so light enough to drag around easily enough .
It should run air wrenches/impact, small sprayer, texture gun, nailers, etc. without much trouble.
When we start building I plan to hire a helper or two & I'll supervise a lot of the building is my plan. I can rent air tools if I see it will save time which is money.
Howdy az gang got extremely busy over the weekend. We rebuilt most of our trailer (ya the one we beat up so much). All we have to do is paint it.
Then I added trail light hook up to the 89 F250.
I also welded up my brushgaurd for my 88 so that I can install it soon.
I then fixed the ramp for the enclosed motorcycle trailer the correct way.
Put a little stucco up on the house.
Then today I have to go to show low to get my eyes checked so I can get some new glasses. I haven't had new glasses since 2011 and the frames are starting to show.

Not so well over here.
tire separated on the passanger rear of the explorer on my way home busted the tail light and haness and put a huge dent in the truck. Got her home on the spare with the wrong lug nuts.
Trying to figure out how much it is going to cost to fix.
Also picked out my new glasses so that was some good news.

Was up at the property today. The people we hired to do the trees have really fallen down on the job. I offered them another $200 to spice things up & we showed up there today to find almost nothing done in the past two weeks. Now they aren't returning calls. So if we don't hear from them tomorrow on Friday we will go up & lock them out. I will finish in September.
Our Architect emailed me last night & it looks like our plans & permits will be too us a few months earlier than we thought. Good news.
Hey Trav & Bill.
Headed to the property tomorrow to over see the completion of this tree trimming deal or to fire the people & find someone else to help with the clean up.
This whole deal has been a nightmare. Is this world just made up with people who have one excuse after another? I sure seem to run into them. This is the first suppose to be business people that I have hired & it will be the last local people I'm afraid. I will bring in contractors from other places.
This tree deal has me wore the heck out. It would of been less tiring if I would of done it myself & hired a helper.
Howdy az gang. Yesterday went to St. Johns and ended up finding a junkyard I never heard of and picked up the tail light I needed for $20. I have to go back pay day to scavenge and see what else I can find for the trucks.

I feel your pain, Craig. finding good people to do a honest days work is sometime really difficult.
Well got up to the property & got our trailer pulled to the KOA in Seligman. We worked out a deal with the owner here.
Called the people doing the tree trimming, to see if they were going to be there tomorrow.
They now say Sunday. But tomorrow we Vici & I are going back & look things over I want to chip a little wood & see how that goes. If that goes OK I'm going to just fire these people & finish things in September.
I'll find a good helper in time.
