jeff i am not very proud of this build.. i am not doing it right for sure, funding and time are keeping me from doing my usual good job... but one thing about it is the customer is easy to deal with, and very understanding on this build.....ha ha ha ha ha ha
I'm not sure what kind of turn out they're going to have for that show RC, the Mid-America Street Rod Nationals are this weekend, too. (Springfield Fairgrounds) I wanted to go, but have too much stuff to do at the shop.
I thought the Mid-America Nats were going on by the number of street rods on I-44 this morning while I was out. No chance of going this year though. I'm so far behind on other projects that I MUST get some progress made.
Push mower and both weed whackers are now up and running, but the blasted rider is down again. I'm hoping its just a starter solenoid this time...
Good evening gents. Got back from Performance Inc after i installed the front shocks...lol all that Alan has done and I got to half install some shocks! Lol. Ill install the back ones once it gets home because I want to wire wheel the back mounts and paint them before install.
The brakes I ordered were wrong, so I ordered the correct ones, but that outs me back a few days. Oh well all the parts should come in at the same time. Alan has done a lot of great intricate work on Bandit.
All I managed to do was make half a shock mount while I was there. ......and completely forget about meeting up with Tiff for one of her co-workers going away party.
Tomorrow's another day. I hope to finish up the front suspension on the C-cab. .....that's the plan, anyway.
well glad you are still mobile there rich.... speaking of mobile i guess i better drag my lazy old bones to the shop and get something done on the 71...
Beautiful rainy morning here. That sucks Rich, at least you're still mobile though, you could have hurt yourself much worse. Have a great weekend everybody and thanks Rich, Alan, Jeff and the forever youthful RC for your service to our country.
