This weekend Tiff is dragging me camping. We're leaving on Friday night, so absolutely nothing is getting done over the weekend.
I found a '54 Ford Customline on the list pretty cheap, so I may investigate that at some point. I'd really like to hold out for a Fairlane or a Torino, but the early '50's cars are cool too, (and MUCH cheaper). Not like I need another project, but hey, you know me. I'm always looking for the next big thing.
Alan I'd apreciate it alot, but i don't even know if I'll have time to go pick it up this week if you did get it done.
I'm so booked up this week with side work, I don't even know if I can go to my Dr.on Wed. after work, to show him all these unexplained bruises I have all over my body. I'm supposed to report anything like this or any bleeding to him.
Should I press the trigger on the rest of the wiring? No issue at all....
Body mount bushings...any of these include the hardware? I would rather have all new stuff...and I forget if prothane, or polyurethane was the good stuff?
I just ticked off the girls. Alice is blocking in the Dodge and I told them I didn't feel like moving my truck so they could get out, and that they should plan on taking the bus.
.......if you don't feel like doing your chores, .....I don't feel like moving my truck.
I got the steering column mostly mounted in the C-cab last night. I have one more bracket to make. Two things are painfully clear to me. .....I need an anvil and I need to replace my vise.
Off to the car lot today, then I get back to that big silver thing in my shop after that. We'll see if we can make it stop tonight.
Jeff, I think the later model engine harness won't do us much good, but if the connectors are the same, it may.
Alan, ok, i might have found a website that has a ton of what I am looking for...or so it seems.
car-part.com seems to have the 91 7.3 e4od complete engine harness and other stuff....so I am going with that when they open in the morning unless you have anything different Alan.
