When I get a stuck bolt - fire works (but not in this case), tightening (as mentioned), or "shocking" the bolt. A light rap with a hammer to shock it, but not a reefing slam - that last part is the makings of a broken bolt.
In addition to the above ideas, a pneumatic ratchet will provide a small amount of impact or a battery powered impact tool used on low speed will sometimes break loose those stubborn small bolts.
First make sure you've got the right 6 point socket, I can't remember if these are SAE or metric. Get a long breaker bar, and while gently pulling on it, tap the end of the bar with a hammer (like you're nailing the bolt)
I will try some of these things this weekend. I do not have a lot of room to get at it. cannot even see the bolt. if yo have ever removed the HPOP you will know that one bolt is hidden and it is all feel. I know I have the right socket, I have removed this bolt before. the other one comes right out. this one will not move. I will update everyone soon... keep the ideas coming. one of them has to work... thanks again all...
