What do ya think about just letting it sit and run for 4-6 hours?
Just letting it sit and idle is NOT good for the motor. Bad for the EGR if you have it and wet stacking can occur. If you are concerned with getting the air out of the HPO system, three medium/hard throttle runs will normally get that done and you've already done that.
Did you replace the HPOP? I'm sorry but I don't remember. Do you normally park on an incline and nose up or down?
So when the screenshot with 800+ was taken truck would start, now it's less than 400?
Yes, a weak IPR can cause a no start. We mostly think of it binding or getting the screen stuck in it but the electrical side is subject to fail also. Her's a way to test it.
IPR TESTING WITH A DVM
Pull out the middle PCM connector and ohm out pin #2 of the PCM connector (yellow with red stripe coloured wire) to the positive terminal of the driver side battery at key-on/engine-off. A good IPR should read about 6.0 ohms
ARE YOU CERTAIN ITS PEN #2? FOUND Y/R WIRE. DO YOU HAVE PINOUT?
Using SCT livelink to get data. has to have key on to get data. By the time it connects, GP's are off. keeps giving me an error saying glow plugs failed. Any ideas?
Here's another good print of the under hood wiring. IPR circuit is straight forward. If IPR is 0 ohm that would be a problem (shorted) if it didn't read anything (blank) it's an open circuit. Check for good connection at the IPR and read back each way while jiggling the wires a little. If you can get your Leads directly on IPR to verify it's good/bad. The way it's acting I would suspect wiring.
I hear ya. I have a new connector I used to complete the air test. I'll do some more checking. Still doesn't explain why it will start in the mornings. Drove it to work today.
