Our ac is still on; but the compressor has not kicked on in over an hour.

I'll shut the ac off soon so I can sleep with the windows open,
we might get a storm up here tomorrow, not sure

I think our rain is predicted for Tuesday; however, I have not seen an updated forecast. I don't sleep well with the windows open - too much highway noise from the 401 and Campbellville Road.

The panhandle has a decent chance of rain every day, but it'll be the thunderstorm variety. No good soaking rain in the foreseeable forecast.

I'm just waiting for the daily highs to recede from the century mark. 100 degrees in the Florida panhandle humidity is just stifling.

I'd keep it about 68 in the house if I could. Of course, the wife would need her own house and I'd need a federal subsidy to afford the power bill, so it's only a dream....
