Manual large easy out (reverse thread bite) in a driver to push on it, along with a small wrench on the screw driver, you shouldn't have to drill it, the 6mm hole will be enough to bite into, depending on how tight that puppy was torqued down.
I am thinking try this route before you go to the trouble of pulling the whole thing out.
Give it a shot, it's whooped anyway.
