$2500.00 1979 Ford F100 1/2 ton 4x4 project truck. Has a big lift kit. 390 or 428 engine, 4 speed transmission. Runs good, good title. Mainly needs body work to finish.
If anyone comes and buys it, I will come help load it AND give you a FTE bumper sticker. [ man if that were a big block 428 I would take it and the bumper sticker in a heartbeat lol. I’ve been looking for a 428 scj to put in my 78]
I believe I have talked to the gentleman already about his "collection" and some other trucks he has posted. See the F250 frame in the pic....So make the call and get yourself a truck with possibly a 428, but for sure THREE FTE stickers, a hand loading it and of course a FTE ballcap.
Good deal glad someone is getting them. if I hadn't just restored a pair I'd have bought them myself.
Is that a matte black paint? The metal looks like it is a nice bright brushed finish. Is that correct? Either way thanks for posting those hubcaps! I am going to restore mine (no black paint left) and this gives me a good idea what to do.
It's a semi gloss black. SEM trim black is perfect.
Those are 100% original, they were never a high polish but if you restore them you almost have to go with a high polish . I'm not sure how you'd ever duplicate the plain stamped stainless look.
These are the ones I restored and it's pretty typical of what you'll get after after polishing. they look good but not very original.
your photo is not coming in well. I will look that paint up. As for the finish maybe a oiled polishing with 0000 steel wool?

Saluki, steel wool will clean them and shine them up a bit but if you have dings and scratched to remove it requires more drastic measures. then an actual trim buff wheel is required to bring them back to life.
Wow, that plow truck looks sweet.
Here's another gem from north of the border. 1979 Ford F-150 | Classic Cars | Saskatoon | Kijiji
$2K CAD is 'parts truck' prices...IF you can negotiate the import process. Still an awesome deal.
