Correct that 79 only year for F350 4x4 supercab. Has 78-79 square headlights. Badging location pre 78.

 

Might be a 2wd to 4wd conversion with a grille swap. Those are definitely the old style badges.

I saw this one a couple days ago on CL as well. Was more than a little suspicious based on price and apparent condition as well as the pine trees in background saying it's in Pasadena...though I am NO expert in the flora of that area. Still, has scam written all over it.
