More awesome pics for sure, I think an engine cover would be a good idea, keep'em guessing
love the new plate,
I've gotten used to seeing GM powered Fords, I try to ignore that detail ......

Nice build thread!! Neat to see the progress. I don't want to beat a dead horse, but I am with the others...I wish it was a blue oval power plant, but I understand. I really like modern drivetrains in a classic. I have a '55 that is about to be my next project, and I am excited. Seeing this and similar threads gives me the motivation I need. Thank you.

Next time a sponsor or benefactor other makes up the $4k to $5k difference on drivetrain and I will LOVE the blue oval power plant. ����

Moe,
There are two pieces of 1" flat stock behind the license plate mounted vertically. The holes are countersunk. An allen head bolt fits the countersink so the flat stock is still flush.
