Bo pellini is a jackass. However, he did play at The Ohio State University. Lol
True, True!! He acts like a little boy on the sidelines having a temper tantrum. His days are numbered! They even have a tape of him saying 'fuc! the fans'.
They look good to me Bill!! I really can't tell the color or is that just a primer?
They are silver Glenn. I used an aluminum look engine paint. The paint itself looks pretty good.

No, I didn't grind them. I like the look of the welds if they are nice welds, but I'll have to redo mine this spring.
I started on the down pipe yesterday morning before it was time to go eat dinner, and it didn't take long to get very irritated with it. I'm trying to build a 3.5" down pipe from the 3.5" stock exhaust system off one of the parts trucks. The biggest problem I am having is that the stock exhaust is not mandrel bent and in the bends it is oval shaped and smashed flat in spots making it hard to cut the bends apart and turn them to make them go where I want. I need one 90* bend to come off the turbo, and the stock exhaust system doesn't have any 90s in it. I figured I would just go ahead and order a 3.5" mandrel bent 90 and two 45s and do it with those and what I can use from the stock exhaust system, so I ordered them today and should have them tomorrow. I have been out in the shop this morning fussing and fighting trying to make room for the 3.5" pipe. I have pushed and pushed with the porta power and beat with a hammer, and still the 3.5" pipe is tight in there to the point where I can't keep it from touching something. I have pushed with the porta power so much that it has busted the floor board and pinch weld.....
.......which has brought me to where I'm at now......
......I decided to go ahead and tunnel it out so I can fit the down pipe in there without having to worry about it rubbing and rattling on everything and driving me nuts, and it will make it a lot easier to build the down pipe tomorrow when I get the fittings. I would much rather do this work than continue fighting with it and wind up putting a hammer or something through the windshield of my truck (which is the point I was at yesterday when I just quit working on it)
Might as well cut and modify the firewall where the turbo is. You know you will be doing an S400 before long. Or you'll get this thing built and sell it...LMAO!
I like it! I don't blame you for cutting that out. It was not real easy to get the 3 inch pipe in mine. I'm sure when I get done with mine I'll have a nice hole to cover up too.
I sure you are ready for it to be done so you can drive the beast.
No doubt! It's almost getting to the point where I might as well leave it in the shop and work on it all winter and not bring it out until spring when they stop salting the roads! LOL!

Just think of all the stuff you could do to it if you did, though!
