Looks like it was indeed the faulty Cam Shaft Sensor that was the culprit. No symptoms for nearly two weeks so I trust that we can call this resolved. She fires right up and runs like a top.

yea I guess, but at 210K miles its just another thing that has been taken care of that might have left me stranded somewhere inconvenient.
Something to be said for peace of mind, and with all that I have done to this truck I am coming to that stage where I almost have a new truck.
