Stableloads

Guys,

I got a set of these to put on and test.

So I have them on now. They work by engaging the overloads before you add your payload or before hooking up to tow.

Basically they stiffen up the suspension so that you don't have a lot of sag or bouncing down the road.

There was no drilling or anything.

And here they are mounted. You get one for the front of the wheel and one for behind it. (2 per side).

Is that pin with the keeper there so you can remove them when not in use.

the pin is there so you can engage or disengage them. They cannot be removed without removing the mounting bolt in the center of the leaf spring.

Last pic shows the position they are in when not in use.

I painted them (except the pin) and covered them in fluid film thinking that will help.

Senix,
I've been looking at these and wondering if they will do much when hauling. Let us know what the difference is when towing, including bumper height before and after.
Thx.

No they didn't. If I recall they were designed for the dually so I left them. Spoke to the new owner of the truck last night.

He will be towing a Montana with it. He will be using them.

I also was able to be a tester for this product. I had minor problem with fitment on my dually (the instructions showed two very different pictures on the install) but figured it out and they're on. My towing loads vary from 5000-14000. I can feel a stiffer ride when unloaded and it feels more stable when hooked to the dump trailer. Testing is still ongoing.....
