Yeah, Yeah, I know technically it is not June yet, however, I am not staying up past midnight just to make a new all topic thread. So, here it is, welcome to June the 6th month of the year. got your Christmas shopping done yet?

Why no, Jim, I have not even started my Christmas shopping. However, I will get to it right away. 
Well, maybe in a couple of weeks when the temps will be in the low 100's. Perfect weather to be buying a lot of presents.
Happy 1st day of June Nor Cal FTE and friends. Going to 101 today they claim.
Me? I am staying indoors.

june first guys! happy saturday to you as well. rosie is off to get her nails done and i was gonna go to the oakland swap meet but my buddies bailed. so, i'll be here. shlepping around the house.

No beers for me. I don't drink. Must be the spring heat getting to me. Lived here almost 10 years, and still don't like the heat in the summer...oops, I mean spring.

Got major vision problems today, I cant see my a$$ getting off the couch. Went to Healdsburg yesterday and the whole way home I was envisioning today. Stay cool as a scorcher is a coming,,,

The Powerhouse Fire, in Southern California, has made it into the town of Elizabeth Lake. I just left there a couple of days ago. Had to do the fire clearance around my rental house down there. I think it burned right through the area my house sits and it is an extreme fire area with lots of brush. I wonder if my little house is still there???

Hope your house is still there Tim. It is blazing hot here today. Well, maybe not blazing hot, as it is currently "only" 92, but it is on its way to 103 they say. Just got back from church, and I am staying indoors the rest of the day. Had a small problem with the Bronco, would not start when I was ready to leave my friend's house, but I jiggled the wire from the solenoid to the starter and it started right up.
