Thought I would update this. Haven't been around long enough to collect my thoughts.
I've gotten a few things done. The okLEDs are in. They're just about perfect for night driving. They make a world of difference as far as just light everywhere. I still need to do some finishing touches. Right now they are connected by spade connectors to the factory plug but I have the correct plug ends to solder on. I found out when I put them in that the foglight harness does not a bumper segment its the whole run. So I will be cutting that near the frame and adding a quick disconnect so if I ever need to take the bumper off I can do it a little quicker.
My steering box is in the process of leaking so I have a readhead steering box ready to go in with new fluid and new pitman arm. Unfortunately for my wallet its getting done at the dealer becuase I don't have enough time to do it myself and it needs to get done. Itll be getting a new trans line the lower drag link replaced and the steering box.
In the next few months I'll be installing the derale thermostat for my trans and possibly an external trans filter as well. Depending on money it might be time for a light bar on the front end but I dont know how my new route at work will be with winter.
Very nice, you have a great looking truck there. The super duty tailgate looks awesome on there. Question on when you changed out your side mirrors to the 03's. Were you able to get the turn signals working in the side mirrors?

Yes. There is a great write up on here and and powerstroke nation with all the wiring write ups. It took me a few hours to to but I was taking my time.

Finally had time off of work to do the very important upgrade to my brakes
I got my rotors from R1Concepts, Hawk LTS, New upgraded front pins, new rear pins and the pad hardware for the tune of 650-700$
Initial reaction: It is so nice to be able to touch the brake pedal and not have the steering wheel and pedal pulse like a roller coaster. The brake force on the truck has easily increased.
Side question.... My pads were cracked and the rotors had huge hot spots, some as big as dimes. Is there a way that i can avoid this happening in the future???
Turn early and turn often.
I keep two sets of rotors for my F250, Power Stroke, 4wd; one to run and one freshly turned in the garage so I can swap them at the first sign of vibration.
Do put kits in the calipers with every set of shoes, do not be shy about new anti-rattle parts, and keep the slide hardware greased.
I use the Ford pads; they last about 125,000 miles if I do the above.
My odometer just rolled over 400,000. I have been through this.
I have to say the redhead steering box is so awesome! It's a night and day difference and my truck is actually easy to drive. I didn't realize the power steering lines were so expensive. But it's such a awesome upgrade I can't believe I drove it like it was before.

was the redhead steering box so much better because your stock one was wore out and not fuctioning properly or just because the redhead is so much better?

I can't actually comment to my box because I bought the truck with 79k miles on it. So there is a possibility that my box was always a little loose. However I can say that it has a better steering response then my friends 05 with 50k on it. Now when your driving down the road it doesn't throw the truck if I hit a pot hole or bump in the road and any movement in the steering wheel creates movement on the road it's a great improvement
Dealer quoted me 270$ for labor on the box. The lines broke due to rust and those were 320. To do that and my lower drag link was 7** something. Box was 634 shipped with a Pittman arm with a 200$ core charge.
