The racing is starting in Fontana, any one live near there that's going.........
My brother Bob (r2millers) is out there now, and has been since yesterday. When there's a race at Fontana, they go out for four days.

Thanks so much for sharing that.
And it was shot well too.
AMEN! Thanks, Bill! That kinda' reminded me of the old Charles Kuralt "On The Road" stuff.
Anybody notice the book of "Ford Trucks" at 7:34? Good ol' boys, they are, right down to the Dr. Pepper!
They had a cool old cooler, but I expected to see glass bottle peppers in there and bulk whole, salted peanuts. Ah we'll, some things advance beyond ones control. Great story, thx Bill.
If anyone is interested (or even if you aren't ) the NHRDA race in Gainesville is being live streamed today on MotorManiaTV...here's a link: Motor Mania TV
Qualifying should start around 9, eliminations around 10:30 if there's no problems.

Yeah, and the forecast isn't looking good. They have the track for tomorrow also, but the forecast isn't much better. They're having a rough time getting this season underway.
Hell, they fly low enough, just lasso that deal.
Everybody watchin' round ball/races it seems. Lazy day for me.
Thought I'd try to get up the desire to head out to Pomona tomorrow for the Hot Rod Mag show.
No races for me, they just called it off down in Gainesville due to rain. Gonna try again tomorrow. Don't have the NCAA tourney bug, so I may have to do something constructive today after all. Plenty of weeds to pull and yard work to do.
You know, I've been in NY for a week now and I am thinkin' LA ain't so bad a place as I remember. This snow and ice thing just sucks.
Gotta give you credit Gigger.
