I can't pick out the individual features (like the mittens) in that pick.But that certainly is the right area.
I had a chance to get very intimate with Monument Valley when I was shooting a show called Music in High Places.
Alanis Morrisette wanted to go there and sing in all those crazy little canyons and Navajo historic sites.
The Navajo people were way into it and granted us access to places that white folks don't get to go. Was really cool.
