Morning Sean Steve Bill and all, we got another lickin' of snow up here.......
You know, I've been in NY for a week now and I am thinkin' LA ain't so bad a place as I remember. This snow and ice thing just sucks.
Gotta give you credit Gigger.
Never had to deal with snow and ice. When I wasn't living in So. Cal, or Fresno, I was in south Florida, or the middle of Texas. So I'll take your word for it Marc.
When I purchased my truck, the hood had a spot where a deep scratch had been repaired (badly) with touch-up paint. Since my purchase, the scratch seemed like it was getting worse such that it appeared that rust was growing through.
I sanded the repair down to the metal where it appears that pitting had already set in. See attached:
I have little sense of how to properly repair a scracth like this but I'd welcome feedback.
