I'm still here.........

You can't get rid of me that easy....

Just had a bad week and didn't really want to talk with anyone, sorry......

I do have great news though. We graduated my oldest granddaughter last Friday. She graduated as a Junior with a 4.0 and 23 collage credits.

She also got three academic scholarships from Syracuse University in New York and will start collage this Fall as a sophomore. She now has a full ride for the next three years. One smart girl.......

Woo, woo, woo!

Congratulations, proud grandpa!!

That's a real accomplishment for a kid growing up in today's world.

It's a credit to her folks, which in turn are a credit to....... ah, you know!

Good afternoon, almost evening everyone. Just a quick fly by. Have to get to Dairy Queen for a milk shake then out to the farm. Have to keep the priorities straight!

Congrats to your granddaughter Don and certainly glad to see you are in the vertical position.

That package arrived. Thanks. Made a mistake though and opened it in front of my wife.........we are having a discussion as to whether it goes on my belt or in her purse. She thinks she needs it worse than I do??????????????????????????? Something about paybacks for leaving her at home.

Thanks for the support Charlie, but part of the problem is when it hits (Memorial Day happened to set it off...) I just don't want to talk with anybody. I just withdraw into myself till it finally goes away. Been that way for 45 years........

good a place as any..

...to introduce myself. My name is Annie and happily married to Frank who styles himself an old curmudgeon so I have a LOT of practice with BS.... We are both big folks, he is 6'6" and I am 6' 3" and we decided to try a truck. We now LOVE our silver 2005 F150 XLT 5.4 triton ( hope I got all that right..lol) and do everything in it now. We live in Redmond Oregon which is pretty agricultural based so now we blend right in...
I am here to find out about replacing the %$#@ passenger seat....which is very uncomfortable for me on long rides. I need power !! I need tilt and whirl and anything else I can get to vary the pressure on my tushie. :-)
Other than that, I suppose I might hang in here once in a while to see if there are any new jokes in the world....
Annie

Good to see you back, Don.

Congrats on the grand daughter, she's doing like I hoped my daughter would.

Well, you can hope in one hand and **** in the other, and see which fills up first.
