I believe My next step will be be AE, and look into a different Turbo. I just dont know what it is I need.
I would not expect any difference in performance from deleting a straight-thru type muffler.
I like the Aeroforce Scangauge. It does almost everything AE does in a gauge platform. The best part is it is 'always on' - no need to fool with laptop, waiting for AE to connect, etc... And its over $100 cheaper!!
I'll let ya know how the T4/S366 works very soon!! This set-up was about the same price as ceramic-coated Int'l Bellowed Up-Pipes and a 38R. Performance should be comparable as well - hopefully without the NOISE.

When I spoke to Jody about MPG, he asked about Boost presure, when I gave him what I was seeing, he told me I had restriction.
I saw as high as 10 psi at 2000 rpm, the muffler I have is the Aeroturbine 4040XL. It was a easy remove, I now see no more then 6psi, so far, but have not seen anything better in the city for MPG.
Stock turbo, eh? My stock turbo could get 30 PSI (hot side of CAC) with the 60e on stock injectors. Modified stock tune with Stage IIs maxes the stock turbo out. You need a bigger, badder wolf to knock down that house of sticks.

very intersted in how this works. Im happy to let others do the testing so I know what to get when I am ready!!
I agree on the turbo with Tugly. Alot of guys go the cheaper route with the Van turbo to burn the fuel better. Its that or get lived tuned to cut the fuel down and still have great power. It just puts it where you need it most.
