Ya Nate, sorta kicking myself for turning it over yesterday. I think I will first off drain the hpop and crankcase and refill them with some cheap oil. I bought Shaeffer's oil yesterday, I'm going downtown and buy some cheap oil for the test run.
I'd start it with out the valve covers. If the IC had water in it I'd rig a leaf blower up to the IC and let it blow for a little while to try and get the water out
