Probably not. Pennsylvania law says drivers should not be on the phone while driving.... I don't know if the law says anything about using a camera while driving.

Over here on the commie side of the country, the law says hands free, meaning you are not allowed to touch your phone while in the drivers seat, even if you're stopped, unless you're calling 911. Taking pictures would surely be frowned upon heavily.
Sounds like you live on the sensible side then Wayne. That law applies across this country too but anytime you drive the highway you'll always see some on their phones, I've seen them filming us when driving the pickup some times...lol

no pictures while driving but these two beauties and the wives took a little 25 mile cruise to a nearby diner for pancakes yesterday morning... too many curves and hills for picture taking
