OK Benny A-OK, so far so good Im going to put this Thread to Rest, And say the Surge Issue for me was ? Map and egr cooler connection and ICP tip was a little gunk sence you direct this head on the money a cold one for ya ,tomarrow the 6.0 will have anouther chore and alittle further to drive so I'll keep my fingers and toes crossed.Thanks Again BLADES ( Mr, Benny ) . WELL I put this thread to sleep last year , and now Its all back hear is what I have= late built 04 350 150thou and some change, new eds ficm at 48+ and batteries are 1 yr, I cleaned
1. map and connection
2. EGR with new o-rings (pics are in my album)
3. ICP
truck has surging throttleing hi lo responce, and Its stalling more than ever, before was once a day , now 4to5 times, heres my values

Sorry theres a lot I tryed to capture as many as posible, and there are some that just dont look right.this stalling all the time has me boggled
also I pulled a dtc of 2285 thats recent ( injector control pressure
low) but it could have taken some time to show on the SGii Thanks guys in advance.Scott
I was looking for the blue spring a few weeks ago and could not find one our IH dealer could not get it,witch bring me too full tank seems ok for alittle while down to the 1/4 mark I do need the blue spring,
the ICP I cleaned map to connection IAT2, EGR with new o-rings, pulled a muscle in my back so the EBP will have to wait. took the kids to swim practice tonite and this is what I got so far on stall and surge

this is really beginning to **** me off
I my back is still hurting but I went out and cleaned up the EBP senser and tube it was not plugged , took the tube and ran a weed eater line thru also down on the connection,the nipple had a little crusty build up but not plugged, the senser was clear. now looking around I found the the turbo pipe had sliped alittle off the clamp so reconnected that.things looked ok in the turbo on both sides, look at the up pipe in the back by fire wall no soot build or signs of those pipes being a prob( that I can see). I will post later on some values from the scangauge If the prob starts again I will pull ICP connection?
Thanks Bigred,but I'm in Nor cal, I think Problem solved as I unplugged the ICP( per Bennys requist) and no Problem didnt have a choise this time so went to the Stealership and bought a ICP senser so far so good will see what tomarrow brings a heavey load and some temps, a little note to all dont spray carb cleaner in the senser hole ,just make sure its not pluged with soot and I think all the others could have been an Issuie too, map connection,ICP,EGR valve,EBPand tube all were sooted up Thanks to all and if you dont see this post That means I put this SOB to SLEEP
sorry Benny I didnt see your last post, YES the truck is back to normal smooth idol actully seems to have alittle more pick up and go and the gauges seem to stay steady eot coolent are with in 5 witch before they were 10, icv is steady too, WOW ,Thanks again Benny you the man. your probebly glad to here me say that the surging Thread was going to the archives, LOL.I sent you a P.M, I'll catch ya when I can
