Thanks Fal-308-win,I'm on the 40hr work week also but from time to time I get over to vacaville, and Thank you too Benny I had it input just didnt know it , pretty tierd worked untill 4am then got up at9am sun and worked untill 2 so I'll keep U all posted on the rest of the progress

OK GUYS I think I figured this thing out ( its about time ) Heres my #s
1. ICP= koeo=o low= o high=o ( checked the codes and re-entered)=o
2. ICV= koeo=0.24 low=0.86 high=1.68 + ur -
3. IPR= koeo=14.4 low=22.8 high=42/40.5 ,39
4.VGT= koeo=0 low=85 high=23.7 (stayed at 85 at low )
5. EBP= koeo=0 low=18.1 high=20.9
6. bar= koeo=0 low=14.6 high= ( i forgot to read it )
7. EOT= koeo,low,high 4.96
8. VLT= koeo=12.3 low 13.5 high ( forgot to read it )
9. map= koeo 14.6 low 14.7 high ( )
10. lod= low 35 high 20
After the 2500 rpm test back to Idiol the motor had the same mis like running on 6/7 cyl rough and black smoke time for the oil and coolent flush fuel filters next month.

Everything in reds a BUST

either the code needs checked for ICP

MAP,EBP,BARO need all the KOEO numbers and also high Idel Numbers

EOT is way off check the Code

OK Thanks , I was so happy that I started getting other numbers that I forgot what I was doing ,Sorry, takeing old blue to work tomarrow but I will complete the testing when I get back , on the drivers side front wheel well there is some sort of plug in hanging out2'' I took a small mirror and a flash lite , didnt see where it goes also looked for chaf in the wire harness , kinda afraid to pull rockers at this point untill you guys see other reports #s Thanks will post tomarrow nite .

Hello this thread is getting pretty long , I dont mean to be a dumb ****, but re-entered the codes or numbers even went to scangauge web .am I running cansf or ? pwm wont come up, ICP or fmp wont give me info and looking at ur numbers in the red dont match at all to my readings also diesel a is what i put in. This truck is a 03/04 350 6.0. the only thing diff was EBP at koeo gave 14.3 may have to take a trip to see fal -03 -win

Those Are NOT MY Numbers in red

I thought they was your readings in RED are they not????

Diesel A B for MPG I beleive dont worrey about that yet

VGT sticking. Had one at my dealer the other day. tore apart turbo and found unicon ring corroded to fins.

I dident , mean ur #s I'm trying to make sence of it all , { but more info came thru as the tank of fuel ran low 3/8 to empty, surge came back , Did my OWN test to fill tank full again and run truck no surge , now ,cap,or fuel tranfur pump secondary filter on rail going . make sence for surge will be no fuel to the Injectors, because low tank mecanical pressure in tank, high tank more weight more pressure, correct me if im wrong . just one more place to look.and or fuel cap not letting % air into tank ? bad cap. Lets chew on some of fords better Idea's ? THANK YOU

Dont mean to make this the longest thread ever but , Vgt was my 1st thought , also in corresponse with our fte members and thank s to all A+ so still on our Mission, will the fuel cap or Transfer pump make a diff to Surge the differ will be not enought pressure in a low fuel tank to full tank of fuel . the Truck seems to run with out a issue on full , so tests will go on IF the surge continues { open the fuel cap to the tank} will be next, If surge at this point goes away . I thinking rail Transfur pump???

Sorry blades, yes in red will be what my scan II was sent what I ment was the readings from ur post and my readings were off still trying to place the correct # ICP and ficm vlt along with Baro I have the notes went to scan gauge .com for # still wont work for me. TRYing.
