Morning guys.
Finally got most things done and tommorow we leave for Yellowstone.
Got a 5" muffler on truck and it is alot quieter now. Put the EGT gauge and probe in (Thanks again Dave) and I could not get it to go over 1100 degrees towing the 5er yesterday and pushing it hard so that is good.
Anyone ever adjust thier slide outs? I looked yesterday and noticed mine is not pulled in as tight on the bottom as the top when it is closed

Afternoon everyone!! I just picked up the truck from the shop. I finally found someone locally that was willing to do the A/C compressor. It's cold, but not really cold. I didn't drive very far though.
Now ... if I could charge Amazon.com for the labor and freon to replace the thing, I'd be a happy camper. Too bad all I'll get out of them is the $140 they charged me for the replacement.
Off to UPS to ship it back. L8r!!

Yup. Drove across town to drop off the old one. It is nice and cold now. There was something definitely wrong with the compressor. Now, if I could just find some time to get the oil stuff taken care of and get the Torque Converter installed.
The TC is really becoming an sore spot for me. I'm getting better fuel mileage in town than on the highway. Last tank I got about 12 on the highway. I'm getting about 13-15 in town right now.

Well I got the boat all fixed last night but no time to get it on the lake so that will have to wait for another night. It was a PITA but it is done.
