Tony I checked out that web sight, and ended up joining....go figure.
I'm open for a get together, as long as things keep rolling smoothly around here.

I took a look. I've never seen a restaurant before built on the idea of doing all the cooking on a specific type of grill. I'm game to try it.

I'm open for getting together, but it looks like we're going to have a skeleton crew we just as well keep it simple.

The only day that I can not make it so far is the 17th, that's when we are having our company Christmas Party. Yes we still call it a Christmas Party. We need to come up with a date though this month is moving quickly. Let's hear it who all is interested? When and where?

I know for me its going to be march before I get much time to do stuff outside of what is needed and what the wife wants so I will be on the sidelines for a couple of months..

How about a plan for a nice outdoor gathering where we grill burgers and such and not so much going out to eat stuff. I like the sitting around chatting about truck stuff more than what is going on around us. This is a supposed to be a "truck" club but it seem more like a dinner club.

just sayin.

Hey Carl, I'd be down for something like what you described, although this time of year not easy to know ahead of time if we're going to have nice enough weather for grilling out. But hey, you make it sound like an "eatin' club" is a bad thing

It's still a time for us to gather and visit, and there's always some truck talk.

I believe November James hosted a bonfire and kick back, and the month before we smoked about 15 lbs of pork at my place. That sorta what your thinking Carl? I'm sure when the weather starts to be predictable, both get togethers were fun, so we will definitely do that. I'll certainly sit with a smoker all day to provide BBQ to ya'll again.

I've been cooking a lot with T-day and with the rest of the holidays coming I'm sure I'll keep cooking.

So for some dates how's the 16, 18 or 28 or 29 look for people? The more the better.

If it's an all day sat event, I'll make the drive to Raleigh for sure.
