I really appreciate that offer James, I really do.
But I've always been the way that, if I can't pay my own way, then I really don't need to do it.

Y'all have a nice evening, and a good visit.

Sorry to those that were sick or couldn't make it. We still managed to have a good showing.

Company and conversation was good. Nice getting to know our group better.

BBQ was decent. Very finely chopped. Nothing was bad but I probably won't be going back any time soon.

Had a good time. Look forward to the next one.

Sorry I couldn't make it guys, Been sick since Friday and it set in my lungs so now it is like full blown Pneumonia. I couldn't take the chance of spreading this crud around. I hate I missed it, but this cold is highly contagious and spreads like a wildfire. I just couldn't take the chance. I am feeling a little better but not back to 100% yet. See you all at the Bon-fire.

We'll combine the bonfire and dinner this month.

Next dinner is in December.

I thought we were just doing bonfire, not food. What do we need to bring? Nov 7 right?

We have the beginnings of a "Bug" going around here. Started late last week, and starting yesterday my head feels like the "Elephant Man". Ready for it to end already.

See the bonfire thread about what to bring.

Basically; Some beverages of your choosing. A light snack (chips, dip, easy side) or dessert. Bring ice if you're mixing.

We'll have some basic drinks, ice, a few snacks, and a big ole pot of chili.

Check the other thread for more details.

Just easier to combine events than to try and get everyone together twice in one month.

Might be a little pricey.
