I had Old Time on my list but they told me 6 people was the most they could put together. I'll check out Clyde Coopers, Holdens, and Danny's.
BBQ is fine with us.
It will be the 23rd or 24th. We'll all be there on Mon the 23rd but only Bob B and Liz are bowling that day. They all bowl Tue and Wed and we'll be leaving Wed after bowling.
Your opinion counts. Until last year the only BBQ place we went to was Red, Hot and Blue and Bob H had to beg them to chop it. LOL

What's up fellas? Hope I ain't missed much. Watching and counting my pennies for this month's dinner lol.

Sorry I ain't been around, again. Since last we talked, I have moved out of my sisters house and back to my old house, however the parents are living with my grandma, so I've got the house to myself. It was one of those dumb if you don't deals. Pay same amount, to live with my sister and her husband, 3 half-wild (literally) cats, and a full size dog in a single wide trailer with a cigarette smoker, or live on my own in an 1100sq ft house with a 12x30 deck, no cigarettes or animals inside? Yeahhhhhh....Party at my house maybe? It's an option fellas.

I wouldn't quite call it settled, but it's functional at the moment. Trying to get the stuff left behind from my parents moving and myself moving cleaned out lol.

By the way, we got two new BBQ joints in my area. Stokely's in Burlington (It's so far one of my favorite places to eat, food is cooked so perfect its ridiculous, and the hush puppies....Don't get me started..) And Dickie-Do's in Haw River (haven't tried it yet).

Don't feel bad Matt, If NCHeavymetal hadn't of texted me I would have missed it too. Glad I found out. It was a very good dinner and real fun with the group we had. Bob never lets us down on the entertainment.

We missed you Matt but understand. There will be more in the future.

Great group of folks. Good food. Like WP said we even had entertainment. And since everyone in the resturant was packing heat there was hardly a chance of any trouble breaking out. Hope we get the same gang together next year.

Next month is Ken's Grill in LaGrange. Details soon.

Think I found me a bike, fellas. Finally gave in and decided to go to the bank about it, but found me a 2007 Kawasaki KLR 650. Should know tomorrow whether they are gonna approve me, but me and my advisor feel like it should be a sure shot.
