Sorry you had to miss Matt but hope your mom had a nice birthday. Maybe next time.

Too bad our guest of honor was a no show. I suggested toilet paper only after willie suggested eggs. I felt eggs were a little harsh for the circumstances. Then lee suggested used toilet paper. Then we couldn't make up our minds so we let it go this time.

That waitress was a trip for sure. She was fired up the whole time.

Another enjoyable dinner with friends.

December is next. I can say with conviction it wont be anywhere near durham.

Id be game for asheboro or lexington again. But I would like to try a different eatery just for variety.

Tony, you serious about meeting this month? We'll head that way if you are.

This week or next I should be able to make something happen. Someone pick a day, place and time. Ill make some suggestions in the next couple of days if I don't hear back from anyone.

We can meet up and car pool if that helps. I got room for eight.

Have we been to Asheboro? Looks like 2hrs. for me. That will work if there is enough of you midstaters (lol, did I just make up a new word) willing to go the miles. If you don't have enough, then have it closer to ya'll and I'll catch one latter next year when motorcycle weather returns. Monday, tuesday and thursday are best for me. I try to keep wednesday open in case I have to take Dad to the Va. Throw some places out there James, and we'll see what sticks.. Big Red needs a run anyway. Hasn't been off the carport in a month. ( $4.05 Diesel)

Anyone heard of Jed's in asheboro? Been around since 87. Decent reviews.

Looks like 2hrs for Tony. 1hr for Matt. And close to two hrs for Willie. Lee said he was game depending on the day. So that makes four. Im counting WP in even though I haven't heard from him yet.

Getting close to a plan? Which day? M,T or TH? 630 good for time?
