I'm still waiting on my bank. I bank with a local credit union that just planted roots a couple years ago, so they have only one advisor for all the members. She got swamped and has yet to catch up lol

Enough yapping about the motorbikes. We got a thread for that.

So who is up for Ken's Grill this month?

Kens Grill, La Grange - Restaurant Reviews - TripAdvisor

BBQ on Wednesdays. Otherwise they have great burgers. Closes at 8pm weekdays.

Someone pick a day and we'll make it happen.

Yeah it was a bit nippy out this am. Got to dig out my winter gear. I left the house around 6:50 and it was dark and cold.

I'll keep my eye on the forecast and we'll find a day that works. I'll see what works for Lee too.

Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th are looking decent weather wise next week. Wednesday they serve bbq but makes no difference which day. I think Lee can do either day.

Ken's Grill in LaGrange.

For November maybe we'll have seafood down towards Wilmington or thereabouts. We have time to plan for that one.

Sounds good. Make a small list and get a few dates to choose from. I'm sure we can get a few of us to rally up and head that way.

Dinner at the beach in November.

Will do. Still have a lot of work to do on the X. I need to get this rust off the frame once I figure out how to lift it in the air.

Ken's certainly didn't disappoint. They have some killer bbq. The weather/temp was awesome. The place was packed. We missed one of our core bbq crue members. Hope you can make the next one.

Time to start planning for November.

Let's do it. Here are a few really good places:
Sweet & Savory (really, really good sandwiches)
Dockside (exactly what is sounds like)
Blue Water (kind of expensive and fancy)
KickBack Jacks (Tasty sports bar. Attractive women but not like the Hooter's extreme)
Tower 7 (Baja-Mexican grill by the beach)

I really hate to have missed out on the october dinner. But the funds were mis-apropriated to another part of the finacial happenings this month. I had to have a custom piece of billet aluminium cut to order and then chromed. But the new wheel I put on the bike that night of the dinner looks awesome on the bike. Now I need to get a good picture to update the sig pic. It took days of measurments to get it right and the CNC Operator called to verify a couple of the measurments so I had to re-measure. All is well and I hope to be there this month laughin and enjoying the time with friends.
