Couldn't get a picture cause I was on the motorcycle but I saw a beautiful green and white one, white husky in the front and a load of stuff rigged down in the back. Driver was attarctive looking blonde woman with an orange hoody.
Are you sure that the color isn't just super sun-faded and dirty red?
If it's the yellow/mustard color, they might have been swapped in from a GMC pickup maybe?
Back in the mid 80's a buddy of mine had a '73 Chevy K20 with front disc brakes and the Spicer yellow hubs while my '74 Ford had the red hubs (that you possess now) and drum brakes.
OK I know not a Dentside but it does have a 77 F-250 4x4 Dentside drive train and thought the camper was pretty cool. Imagine rolling into a campground back in the day with one of these. Probably the envy of many.

I's love to have that camper.
I bought this 1972 F-250 Ranger XLT Camper Special in 2005 from the original owner.
The truck was loaded with almost every option including a 390.
I was dating the owners daughter when he bought the truck.
That's Pam on the right in the shadow, she is how I bought the truck.
The camper was a 1963 Gold Coast 49er, fully self contained.
He bought the '72 to replace the 1963 F-250 that he bought when he bought the camper.
I believe the 1963 F-250 had a 292 V8.
I remember Pam telling me how mad her dad was the first time they drove the new truck with the camper loaded in it.
The were going up I-80 out of SLC. Its a good climb from the valley floor of 4200 ft to the 9000+ ft summit.
That '72 with a 390 could not climb that summit as fast as the old 1963 with a 292 V8 in it.
That stock 1972 390 was a PIG. LOL
