Good morning everyone. Congrats Donna. Hopefully I will be joining you as a new home owner soon. I received my pre approval letter last night. Now if I can get the realtor to answer my calls

How long did it take from start to closing? Just curious because the sooner I can close the sooner I can move out of this 23' motorhome that has been my home for a year now.

Hey Mat, are you going to take photos of the world speed trials at the Bonneville Salt Flats?

Good luck on your house venture. We did a owner carry & title company did all the paperwork, so they pushed it to go through really fast for us - about 3 weeks! I believe if you go through a realtor, etc. It could take anywhere from 30-90 days to close escrow.
