Hiya visitors and Nevada trucksters, happy paddy's day.
We got a ton of snow last night. I've been out running the snow blower. Taking a break right now cause I broke a shear pin. Still got some to do for the neighbors' driveways.

Mornin' to all of you nice people out there in FTE land! 
How is everyone's weekend going? Hopefully well.
Congrats on the upcoming house, Miss Donna. I'm sure things will go well for you and your family on Monday. I'm sure you're looking forward to it. Now send some of that luck down here to Vegas, so that I can find a job. LOL
I found out my unemployment benefits end in 11 weeks. Just not a good feeling at all. Basically I'm freaking out because every time I think I have a decent prospect going, I end up 2nd or 3rd on the list and they are hiring 1 or 2.
So, it's been pretty hard here.
All it did was rain yesterday afternoon here, that's it. It was a decent rain, for once, but that was it. Nothing spectacular. I heard all this talk of how it was going to storm and thunderstorm all day Sat and Sun and we got a bit of rain from about 3:30p thru about 7 pm and that was friggin' it. Nice and sunny out this morning. Sometimes it would be nice if it actually rained a day or two here. LOL
Anyway, I hope everyone had a safe and fun St. Patty's day yesterday. Hope they have a good Sunday as well.

Well, as of tomorrow (hopefully) we'll have the keys to our new house & we'll be busy moving in. So, I'll be pretty scarce for a week or two (i think) LOL!

The aftermath !!!
Good morning my fellow/girl FTE'rs ! Yesterday "they" predicted a HUGE wind n rain storm for our area (for Mat too) and as usual it FAILED
!!! The dark clouds built up all morning ... the winds started whipping, then about 1 PM it happened... 
RAIN .... 0.29" in about 4 hrs., but it did make it smell good!!! Now you lived thru a Southern Nevada rain storm LOL !!! I agree with Mat I would like to see it rain for a day or 2, Oh yes our yearly total is now ...... 0.42" there is still hope, it's only March ... yeah right !!!! Have a GREAT and safe day

Good Sunday morning all! Hope everyone has a blessed day. We have not had the normal amount of rain here either, but at least we had some these past two days. My unemployment runs out at the end of May. Needles to say it is beginning to cause some stress. That and my utility bill has basically doubled with the new roommate (and his GF and his two kids who he sees once or twice a week) living here. And the other roommate has stopped working so he is home watching TV all day. All adds up to a $98 monthly bill when it used to be $57.
