So I get a call today from one of my local customers (I sell steel for the construction industry, mainly industrial facilities, but some commercial and institutional buildings as well) that wants me to help design an addition to the local Ford dealership. w00t! I hope we get this job. That would be kind of cool. They are adding some heavy duty service bays because their truck market is growing so fast.

I'm not sure how many of you have had the NOx flash done yet. I had mine done the other day and the truck is shifting a lot smoother now than it was before. The 2-3 shift isn't messed up like it was and I'm not having the shift flares like before. I'll get to put a few more miles on her this weekend when I stretch her legs a bit.

The only thing I can't figure out is there is a burning smell that smells like burning manure. I've checked the whole truck over and can't find a thing wrong and no signs of anything burning. It's not in regen or anything like that either. Strange.

Doesn't matter.....I'm still loving this truck!

Ya me too, we pay all our vendors / contractors in 30 days. Have for the last 35 years. It's not the people owing us money that bothers me, it's the people trying to screw us out of it that does!!!!
