In the mean time, I just installed this:

Exhaust Systems DPF-Back aFe Power LARGE Bore HD DPF-Back SS-409 Exhaust Systems; Ford Diesel Trucks 11-12 V8-6.7L (td) 49-13028 - aFe Power

Nothing special, took about an hour and a half. Had to trim the length of the mid pipe as they call it. 17 3/4" if anyone's keeping score. New tip looks nice, I'm sure an 11% flow improvement is not going to be noticed. It doesn't sound any different either, maybe a little more turbo whistle and a little more deep rumble, like a v-8 low drone sound.
