so I'm adding a dump to the bed and I'm cutting down my 3ton rolling hoist ans mounting to a wheel and spindle assembly to have a lift to transfer to the bed from the ground.

I like it!!

It's looking good. I might have missed it. But what's your plans to fill in the gap between the cab and box? Are you going to stretch the box? I'm doing things the easy way on my 54. I'm going to extend the cab.

The hoist will be mount on the drivers side and the passenger side will either be the generator and mig wielder or tool box.
