Does anyone know if PHP does free reburns?
Only thing i see is if you buy the 200 dollar chip and go with bigger sticks you have to pay for 200 of custom tunes. but if you get cost tunes and want to try other tunes do you have to pay? for a reburn ?

 

IIRC the basic tunes are free for re-burns, as long as you didn't change anything in your setup.

But if you need a re-burn because of a new transmission, injectors, etc, yes, they charge per tune.

 

How much are reburns per tune ? like 30 bucks each ?

 

I want to say it's $25 or $30 per tune. I'm planning on having mine re-burned when I get injectors, I'm just going to drop a tune since I only really use 2-3 anyway.

 

Matt gives free reburns as well. Just sent him the chip so its ready when Jim is done with my stage II's

 

with the price of reburns, is it best to wait until you have all of your mods done first before ordering a chip or at least most of them?

 

That all depends on your timeline. I don't have the $$ up front to go to Stage 1-2's and am saving for an IC. Yet I still needed the extra power the chip was going to give for towing. It's all relative to the individual.

Pulled the trigger! Bought a TS from jim with PHP tunes. Got No start, High Idle, Whisper,40 tow,60 tow, 80 daily driver. When I get stage 2's in a few months i'll get a bigger tune and get rid of the small tunes. Got a good price i think. Just cant wait for it to arrive!!
