My E99 turbo spools so freaking fast its ridiculous. That I really like, but I do want more of that top end pull because it does run out pretty quick.
Your Right Bryce it isn't stupid it just has alot of short comings but you are right it spools up nicely !! But mine like your's falls on it's face way too Early. Maybe that is way it is a Early99 !!
And as far as Bean's D66 the thing I didn't like about it was it is a Non waste gated turbo and they want way too much for it.
I bought Josh's/ Hymark old e99 turbo set up: 1.0 wastegated turbine housing, hi flow turbo outlet, Non EBPV pedestal, stock 1.10 compressor housing, WW and a Turbo Master w.g. actuator. I am a big fan of wastegated turbo's you can fine tune them.
