You just filled up 20 miles before?
Is there a chance you got fuel contaminated with gasoline?
It is easy to check. Put a fuel sample in a styrafoam cup. Diesel will not damage the cup but even a small amout of gasoline will melt the bottom out of the cup.

I guess I'll swap out the IPR, that's what Clay suggested as well. I just hate trying to find the problem by throwing parts at it. Especially $200 parts! Is there a way to check the injectors? And would one injector keep the pressure so low? If so, how do you isolate the injector?
Thanks Grant, that Ford Doctor link is awesome. Many great articles. I think I've heard of it before, but never knew what it was. I will be saving that to my favorites. I will take some time to read and digest, but it will allow me to diagnose instead of guess. I'm so excited, guess it doesn't take much, huh?
It has been suggested to me that the IDM could be the problem. Does this sound plausible? I think it is either the IPR or an injector, but maybe I'm on the wrong track...
