Last night while walking Simba I noticed my back tire had a flat. I ran
my hands around the entire tire to see if I could find what punctured it
and maybe plug it. After a few minutes of looking I couldn't find anything which at the moment was odd. I swear I could hear little voices from
FTE saying "check the valve jay!"
All I had to do was touch the valve and she hissed like a mad snake.
I had to put the spare on but my spare's rim is gray. I decided
to paint it but didn't have any more flat paint so I had no choice
but to paint it semi gloss black. It was the only black I had left so
I ran with it. Better then 3 black rims and one gray. After I painted it I started to think if the gloss would look better then the flat.
My bumpers and and grill is semi gloss black.
I usually hate anything that is shiny such as chrome, armor-all'ed interior plactic, glossy interior walls, etc; but that semi gloss on your wheels don't look all that bad. I agree with TXtinct though, the gloss will get dirty and look matte anyway.
