Daytona car show

Rich
Since your near Kennedy your fairly close to Daytona. I am sure they have a huge car show and swap meet over the thanksgiving weekend. If it's like it was a few years ago it will take all day to do the cars and another day to do the swap meet part. Be a good time in the sun. I am sure some one down there will know about it. Called the turkey run.

Those are some neat photos. I remember a "Dirty Jobs" from a couple of years ago when Mike Rowe was at KSC cleaning the crawler. The weight of the shoes alone is amazing; I think each shoes weighs something like 2k pounds. I know they have a couple of locomotive engines to power the generators...which power everything (like an actual locomotive). Neat stuff!

I guess at this point I should introduce myself. My real name is Zack; I live in Ft. Smith, AR but do to some circumstances out of my control I work in Nevada, MO. Figured since I spend more time in Missouri than I do in Arkansas of late...thought I'd stop by and say hello.

Welcome to the neighborhood, Zack. We're pretty laid back in here.

Unk Bob stopped by for a visit today. We had a good visit talking about everything. We went outside and looked at the new Ford. I had to laugh after he left and I came back inside. Neither one of us are in very good shape. With the cold damp weather, we weren't outside for 15 minutes before we both started cringing and stretching trying to subdue our back pain. It must've looked funny to someone had they seen us.

The past, the present and the future walked into a bar. It was tense.

Yes how stupid can you get, after the tire goes the rest of the brain went out the window. Sparks and gas do not mix, a spinning hot wheel could let off a chunk of HOT flying metal.

The guy opens the door to ck on stupid status, yes we are really stupid now. Ok now let pull infront of traffic and almost can't get outa the way.

If it was a posi rearend or 4wd burn out, that might of been cool for a sec or two. Bleach put down, always makes for a easy burnout. Do not ask how I know that, yes I have been stupid too, but not that bad.

Morning to all.....

Good Morning Everybody!

I'm drinking coffee and eating a bowl of grits. Gonna go see if I can get some valves ground today. I need to find something to do inside since the weather is still nasty. Tomorrow it looks like I'll get the other side of the truck bed welded up.

My back is just spasming right now. I can work through that. The pinched nerves hurt and that's when I have to stop and rest.

My first thought was how much the city/county is going to appreciate the documented evidence of what some yahoo did to the street. Somebody is going to get a bill for that...

Good morning boys and girls. It's Tuesday....

Good morning Missouri. Pulled an allnighter and the 75 Shivalay is in paint and clear. Hope it still looks good this evening so we can reassemble it. I'm plum tuckered out and ready for an early evening.

Way cool pics Rich.

Welcome to the neighborhood Zack.

Unc Bob and Alan, you two need to stay indoors this time of year.

You'll be giving thanks for the blocked intereweb access as of 3:30 this afternoon when our DIT group puts everybody on Windstream with FortiGuard.

Oh yeah, Is your brother still there at THE CDC telling people all about how to identify hose by calling Dan at THE CDC?
