I think I would get a new connector.

I didn't have transportation to the dealer. I'll try the liquid electrical tape first.

Fixed it with liquid electrical tape. Put it back together and it started

More importantly it restarted when warm!!!! wahooo.

To recap it was a High pressure seal in one of the injectors that was bad causing no warm start. Then a frayed IPR wire causing a no start when I first put it back together.

I'll do a write up and video soon for any other newb with this problem.

A HUGE thanks to everyone who helped.

I honestlt think the code is for open circut meaning wireing problem not nessacerly a open valve even though its default position is open IIRC


Kinda thought it was a wiring issue

I would replace the wiring pigtail to the IPR sooner than later, because if those two wires ever short together, it WILL shut the engine down. Don't ask me how I know this.

WOW what a great thread. Glad to hear you figured it out! There are some pretty smart guys on here. I kinda have the same kind of problem you are dealing with So I have been sitting here reading all night and this was a very informative thread. Good job FTE experts!!
