That said.. it was very well done, and I didn't hate it as much as I would have expected. I got told I was going (with 6 females) because it was Maddie's Bday.
SO Wife and I have been watching "Sherlock"-- kind of a modern day twist on the old Sherlock Holmes story-- Its pretty good! But you have to really pay attention to what little snippy comments people say-- it is Hilarious some times :-0
Sounds like the wife wants to rent Fences, and the movie about the Boston Marathon.. can't remember the name. Plus a coworker insists I watch the movie Boondock Saints, and brought it to work to send home for me to watch.
Seems like the weather is going to cooperate for it to be an indoor movie weekend.
Saw Fantastic Beasts with the kiddo yesterday-- Liked it :-) --Started watching Dirt Every Day-- Might see beauty and the beast this weekend :-) Really want to see the new king kong movie- Have to wait till it is out on video----
We knocked out a bunch of movies over the weekend,
Boss Baby
Boon Dock Saints (watched in the garage by myelf)
Patriot Day
Lucky Number Slevin
The Edge of Seventeen
Patriot Day is about the Boston Marathon Bombing.
Lucky Number Slevin is an action/adventure, plot twisting movie from the 90s?
and the Edge of 17 is a comedy movie that if you saw the trailer for it, you might recognize that you had probably seen the commercials for it. I don't watch much TV, and I remember seeing it advertise several times. It was pretty good.
This weekend we knocked out a bunch of movies.
Hacksaw Ridge, which I give about an 9 out of 10, it was a very good movie.
Girl on a Train, which I give about 6 out of 10 because it was difficult to keep up with.
The Lincoln Lawyer, which I liked, but Julie couldn't get into. I give it 8 out of 10
The Big Bounce which I had seen before, but didn't remember much about it. 5 out of 10 ish
Hidden Figures, Julie and I both liked it, and would give it a 9 out of 10.
I was pretty lazy this weekend, in fact, I didn't even get out of my pajamas all day.
